1. Promotion Period:

2. Eligibility:
- 1)This promotion is open to new and existing clients (referred to as "You" or "Client") at “AETOS”.

3. Promotion Details:
- 1)During the promotion period, if you meet the following trading volume requirements, you will receive corresponding cashback. AETOS will credit the cashback amount to your trading account at the beginning of the following month.
- 2)The trading volumes and cashback standards are as follows:

Example 1: General Account: Customer A traded 160 lots during the promotional period, meeting the requirement of "≥100 lots." Therefore, the cashback for each lot is calculated at $2.2. Hence, at the beginning of the following month, Customer A will receive a cashback of $2.2 X 160 = $352.
4. Trading Volume Requirements:
- 1)The Trading Volume is calculated as per closed trade.
- 2)Cryptocurrency CFDs will be excluded from trading volume calculation.
- 3)The trading volume are calculated for each individual account and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
5. Additional Notes:
- 1)The Eligible Fund requirement is USD-based.
- 2)Participation with multiple trading accounts is allowed.
- 3)Each account’s performance and rewards are calculated independently.
- 4)This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer for the same trading account from “AETOS”.
- 5)This promotion only applies to “AETOS” General Account, Advanced Account and Professional Account. Cent Account and Swap Free Account are not included.
6. General Terms and Conditions:
- 1) AETOS expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions will be posted and made available on AETOS website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions for changes and amendments. The revised Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting.
- 2) By choosing AETOS services and products, it is regarded that you agree to be bound by AETOS Terms and Conditions and Policies.
- 3) Participation in any of the promotions or benefits offered by AETOS is subject to acceptance of our full Terms & Conditions.
- 4) By enabling this promotion and receiving redeemable bonus the Client confirms that, client has read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms of the promotion and will not send any claims/dispute to AETOS regarding terms of bonus use or measures undertaken by the AETOS in accordance with these terms.
- 5) The promotion is available for individual clients only.
- 6) AETOS reserves the rights to disqualify any participant who intends to tamper or violate the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- 7) To prevent misuse of the promotion AETOS reserves the right without warning, at any time at its discretion: to refuse to credit the bonus or deduct the bonus funds. Such measures can be also undertaken by AETOS in case of suspecting one and the same person in obtaining bonuses from several interdependent Accounts.
