Advanced Account Redeemable Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion period: from 22:00 GMT, June 30th, 2022 to 21:59 GMT, July 31st, 2022.
2. Eligibility: Advanced Account Redeemable Deposit Bonus are only available to new clients who apply, are approved, and meet the deposits criteria during the promotion period. Clients who currently hold or who have previously held Advanced Account with AETOS Markets in the proceeding 12 months period are ineligible for this promotion.
3. Eligible Account Holders: When a Eligible Client deposits USD 500 or more (or in equivalent amount of the account base currency) within one calendar day## immediately after the New Advanced Account approval date, the account will have met the deposits criteria to become an Eligible Account. The Eligible clients who hold the Eligible Account become Eligible Account Holders.
4. Promotion Detail: AETOS sets 11 levels of Deposits Criteria which are corresponded with 11 levels Redeemable Bonus and Trading Volume Requirements. The redeemable bonus is up to USD 20,000 in this promotion. The deposit criteria and corresponded trading volume requirements set as follows

5. Deposit Criteria
- 1)Only deposits made from external sources are taken into consideration. Internal transfer from any other account hold by the Eligible Clients to participate this promotion is not calculated.
- 2)The Deposits Criteria will be calculated as Net Deposits Amount in the Eligible Account during the promotion period.
- 3)The deposits made by Eligible Clients toward to meet the deposits criteria of this promotion may incur minor difference from the clear fund AETOS received due to bank commission charges. The redeemable bonus will be calculated according to the actual clear fund AETOS received.
- 4)Trial account holders are eligible to join this promotion by meet the deposits criteria within promotion period.
6. Redeemable Bonus:The Bonus will be input to your account as Trading Credits upon meet the deposit criteria and could be redeemed as CASH BONUS once the corresponded level of trading volume requirements has achieved.
- 1) The Advanced Account Redeemable Bonus will be put into Eligible account as trading credits within two working days after the deposits criteria met date.
- 2) The Advanced Account Redeemable Bonus will become redeemable if Eligible Accounts Holders met the corresponded trading volume requirements within 7 months after the account approval date. The trading credits which could be redeemed as cash bonus or withdrawable.
- 3) On the contrary, the trading credits will be cancelled if the Eligible Account Holders fail to meet the trading volume requirements within 7 months since the account approval date. However, to protect the best interest of AETOS Clients, AETOS will take reasonable step to measure if the Eligible Account meet any lower level of criteria or requirement, to redeem the next best available bonus.
- 4) If an Eligible Account Holder makes withdrawal or internal transfer during the promotion period, the redeemable bonus will be cancelled or deducted if the remaining deposits CAN NOT meet the Deposits Criteria or meet a lower level of the Deposits Criteria.
- 5) The Eligible Account Holders may also choose to make early redemption if the Eligible Account Holders have met lower level of the trading volume requirements. The Eligible Account Holders at their own choice to accept lower redemption amount as CASH BONUS and forgo the remaining redeemable bonus.
- 6) Each individual client can participate to only one promotion or bonus at the same time.
- 7) The bonus is to be considered as a personal offer, based on a specific terms, and may not be transferred from one account to the other.
7. Trading Volume Requirements
- 1) The Trading Volume is calculated as per closed trade.
- 2) The trading volume requirements requires Eligible Account Holders to meet within 7 months period since the Account Approval Date.
- 3) The 11 levels of Trading Volume Requirements are corresponded with each level of Deposit Criteria and Redeemable Bonus.
- 4) The trading volumes is calculated for Eligible Account only.
- 5) Share CFDs and Cryptocurrency CFDs will be excluded from trading volume calculation.
8.General Terms and Conditions
- 1) AETOS expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions will be posted and made available on AETOS website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions for changes and amendments. The revised Terms and Condition shall be effective immediately upon posting.
- 2) By choosing AETOS services and products, it is regarded that you agree to be bound by AETOS Terms and Conditions and Policies.
- 3) Participation in any of the promotion or benefits offered by AETOS is subject to acceptance of our full Terms & Conditions.
- 4) By enabling this promotion and receiving redeemable bonus the Client confirms that, client has read, understood and fully agreed to the terms of the promotion and will not send any claims/dispute to AETOS regarding terms of bonus use or measures undertaken by the AETOS in accordance with these terms.
- 5) Only one account is eligible to participate this promotion per Eligible Account Holders by meet the deposits criteria.
- 6) The promotion is available for individual clients only.
- 7) AETOS reserves the rights to disqualify any participant who intends to tamper or violate the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- 8) To prevent misuse of the promotion AETOS reserves the right without warning, at any time at its discretion: to refuse to credit the bonus or deduct the bonus funds. Such measures can be also undertaken by AETOS in case of suspecting one and the same person in obtaining bonuses from several interdependent Accounts.
